Bio:
I have 17+ years of experience with supporting mental health, integrative medicine, and OB/GYN care. I have been a naturopathic physician for 17 years, a nurse practitioner midwife (RN/ARNP/CNM) for 9 years, and a meditation instructor for 9 years. My degrees are from Michigan State University, Bastyr University, and Seattle University.
I am a pet momma to a baby Shitzu puppy named Cedar and a cat named Shoosh. I have a husband and 2 wonderful bonus-children. I identify as a queer, neuro-spicy, bisexual pagan-Buddhist. I am an auntie, doula/midwife, and goddess-mother to many beloved children in my life and to a sweet pony named Archie. On the weekends you can find me adventuring and foraging in the woods with friends or tending to my indoor gardens.

- Am trauma-informed though do not specialize in PTSD
- Am educated in pregnancy, postpartum, and perinatal mental health though do not specialize in these, am happy to prescribe during these life phases in most situations
- Conditions that I do NOT treat: schizophrenia, OCD, bipolar 1, panic disorder, ADHD, substance use disorders, personality disorders, eating disorders, dissociative disorders, TBI, or neuro-cognitive decline
- I do NOT offer primary care
- I do NOT prescribe stimulants (such as Adderall), benzodiazepines (such as Xanax), or opioids because I am not able to legally do so under my naturopathic physician license
